The New Franklin House

NEWS FLASH!!! The new Mr. and Mrs. Franklin are now homeowners! They've been looking for just the right little starter house, found this one, made an offer and will close by this Friday. It's in Northwest Spokane (Shadle area for those of you who know Spokane). The house is in great shape and really doesn't need anything to be in moving in condition, but since Whit and Trav have three more weeks on their apartment lease, they will do a little painting and sprucing up before they move in. They are very excited and we are excited for them. We're also excited that finally they will have room to store ALL their stuff (some of which has been living in our basement and garage). They are going to let us help them with some painting, yard work and moving so it will be FUN!
